Sailaway Travel Club currently has the following openings for Team Members:
MEMBERSHIP MANAGER - (REMOTE/HYBRID)
We are looking for a Membership Manager to run our Travel Club Membership scheme.
Duties include, but not limited to:
• Overseeing our automated Membership Sign Up system.
• Running and promoting our online Affiliate scheme and liasing with our affiliates.
• Negotiating co-promotions with vendors such as credit card companies and loyalty card schemes to offer discounts to Sailaway Travel Club members.
• Promotion of the Sailaway Travel Club membership scheme through social media and traditional media such as print and broadcast. Working at consumer travel exhibitions and events for direct sign ups for members.
Salary: £26,000 p.a. Hours: 35 per week. Leave: 20 days + 8 days statutory holidays.
The candidate should have experience in running and organising membership schemes whether for a trade organisation or consumer based i.e. loyalty club memberships. The focus is on customer acquisition and a large growth in numbers is important.
This is a remote working position that can be based anywhere in the U.K., but preference will be given to candidates who live in the West of Scotland. This is due to infrequent 'office days' in Greenock.

PRODUCT MANAGER - (REMOTE/HYBRID)
We are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Product Manager to create and manage great Travel Deals for our Sailaway Travel Club Members.
You should have the following experience and knowledge:
• Extensive experience needed in creating and promoting travel deals and experiences for our members.
• Knowledge and experience of ATOL and ABTA requirements for travellers.
• Experience of working with a Master Host Agency for booking clients' travel.
• Production of a weekly email newsletters highlighting our Travel Club offers.
Salary: £26,000 p.a. Hours: 35 per week. Leave: 20 days + 8 days statutory holidays.

TRAVEL CONSULTANTS - (REMOTE - PART TIME)
We are looking for a number of home-based Travel Consultants who will book great Travel Deals for our Travel Club Members.
If you have:
• Experience in booking travel for either leisure or corporate customers.
• Experience in working from home in a Customer Service role, and you enjoy talking to people!
• Experience in using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Professional home set up for working environment i.e. quiet spare room with stable internet and laptop/PC.
• You have a passion for travel, whether it's City Breaks, cruises or beach holidays, we want you to enthuse our members with ideas of where to travel and have an adventure or two!
Salary: £13 per hour + commission. Hours: 15 - 20 per week. Leave: 20 days + 8 days statutory holidays (pro rata to Full Time).
